Finesse News Network’s Gear Guide: Stinky Fingers Bait Company’s Sinko

Stinky Fingers Bait Company’s Sinko is five and half inches long. It encapsulates a sponge that is three-quarters of an inch long. The sponge is situated inside the Sinko three-quarters of an inch from the tip of its head and 3 3/4 inches from the tip of its tail.  The sponge system is designed to absorb and secrete Stinky Fingers Bait Company’s  scent.  The portion of the body that surrounds the sponge has 17 ports that allows the scent to be absorbed and exuded.  The scent  can be reloaded into the sponge by putting the Sinko into its original package and squeezing it.

It was designed to be rigged Texas style with a 3/0, 4/0 and 5/0 offset worm hook. But it also can be rigged wacky style.  We will test a few of them to see in Midwest finesse anglers can wield them on Gopher Tackle’s Mushroom Head Jigs and  Shin Fukae’s Wacky Head by Gamakatsu. We hope to report the results of that test in an update in a month or so.

It is available in five colors: Junebug,  watermelon/red flake, baby bass, tree frog, and  river bug. The suggested retail price  for a package contains eight baits is $5.99.  See Stinky Fingers’ Web site at http://www.stinkyfingersbaitco.com

rigged Texas style is the way to go for me. this is a phenomenal bait to flip and pitch just about anywhere. works well around boat docks as well. dirtier water i prefer their river bug color but for all other water color, their watermelon is a go to bait for me.

Thanks for taking the time to report your endeavors with Stinky Fingers Bait Company’s Sinko.
If you have time, please tell us a little bit about its durability. In short, how many bass can it catch before it disintegrates?
      Please keep in touch,

ned, i have caught 4 and 5 fish, with one bait. when i first tried their baits, in february this year, on lake eufaula i had a great day. i did a short video (" a stinky day") and send it to their facebook page. all fish shown in that video was caught on one sinko. what is really cool is their scent release holes. while practicing for a tournament on lay lake. i wasn't trying to stick any fish. i let a fish take the sinko and i actually counted out loud to 10. i couldnt believe and neither did the guy with me.
