Finesse News Network’s Gear Guide: Classic Fishing Products’ three-inch Culprit Minnow

In the modern lexicon of bass anglers, Classic Fishing Products’ three-inch  Culprit Minnow is a swimbait. And it was designed for employing on an umbrella rigging.

But many Midwest finesse anglers are constantly searching for a boot-tailed grub to affix to their 1/16 or 3/32-ounce Gopher Tackle Mushroom Head Jigs. And this one might suit their fancy and needs when the largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass they are focusing upon are exhibiting a piscivorous bent.

It is embellished with an ornately detailed soft-plastic body,  scales and fins.

Its boot tail kicks and vibrates, which creates a bewitching action even at slow retrieving speeds. What’s more, Culprit’s lure designers worked to create this three-inch grub or swimbait so it would swim straight.

It is available in the following colors: Black Shad, Opening Night, Pearl, Shadflash Shad, Salt and Pepper Shad, Smoke Silver Shad, Silver Minnow and Pro Blue.

The suggested retail price for a package  of eight three-inch is $4.49.

Try the Strike King Glass Minnow instead. Marketed for saltwater but it has the Best action and will last forever. My favorite swimbait for jighead rigging.
