Monster Smallie!

I was fishing off my dock on Oneida Lake with a 1″ tiny shad panfish assasin with a 1/32 oz jighead. I was slowly working it across the top of weed beds when my line went taught and the water exploded! I set the hook and several jumps later I finally got’em up next to the dock where I could lip’em. My dad took a few pictures of my trophy smally and I was able to revive and release unharmed.

      I think he should have fileted him and had fried bass. They don't throw em back on "Duck Commander".

    Marcus I can see myself in you about 65 years ago when I caught my first bass. I'm happy to say that you like myself are hooked for life. Believe me when I say the feeling never leaves you, at the age of 75 I get just as excited about catching fish as I ever did. Congratulations on a fine fish.
