Is an In-Fisherman editor coming to your city?

The editors of In-Fisherman are here to answer your toughest fishing questions. Each month we'll go through all the email questions we've received and post some of them with our editors' answers. These guys are among the best fishermen in the country, so if you have a question about freshwater fishing, we've got the answer.

Doug Stange Doug Stange is Editor in Chief of In-Fisherman publications and serves as the editorial director of In-Fisherman television and videos. He is one of America's most accomplished multispecies anglers, but he's also an advocate of less-popular fish like gar and carp and a widely recognized catfish angler.

Steve Quinn Steve Quinn, who has been an In-Fisherman magazine editor for over a decade, is a Certified Fisheries Scientist with the American Fisheries Society. A versatile multispecies angler, Steve fishes throughout North America while conducting research for his articles. He has published many scientific papers on fishery management.

Matt Straw Matt Straw started his angling career pursuing trout in the fabled backwoods streams of Michigan and joined In-Fisherman as an editor in 1991. He has become one of the staff's most versatile anglers and writers, on topics ranging from conservation issues to hardcore angling.

Steve Hoffman Steve Hoffman is the Publisher of In-Fisherman publications and began his angling career pursuing catfish in lakes, ponds, rivers, and reservoirs across the Midwest. He is a versatile multispecies angler, although catfish remain one of his favorites, and he's been a primary source for catfish information for In-Fisherman magazine and the Catfish In-Sider Guide.

Jeff Simpson Jeff Simpson learned to target a variety of fish species while growing up in eastern South Dakota. In-Fisherman's youngest writer is a versatile multispecies angler who presently focuses his talent on tracking the action on the In-Fisherman Professional Walleye Trail.

Jeff Simpson Rob Neumann joined In-Fisherman in August of 2004 as Managing Editor, becoming the first Ph.D. fishery scientist to be the editor of a fishing magazine. He has authored or coauthored over 100 scientific publications and various other fishery-related papers and presentations, and also has been published in popular media outlets.
