Water temps rose quickly. Fishing in a [highland Res.] shallow 4 – 5′ northwest cove, with a light breeze blowing in, I knew cats would be on the feed. using shrimp under a float ,with a circle hook, I drifted baits with the wind. I had 21 cats from 15″ to 29″[4 – 29″] and this 31″ beauty. Caught the day before a new moon.
