We have posted four comments about fish consumption on Matt Straw's intriguing blog entitled "Omega-3s: Which Fish Are Highest?" Â Please examine Matt's blog and the comments at http://www.in-fisherman.com/core-experts/matt-straw/blog/
It's our contention that many of the flatland waterways that we fish across northeastern Kansas are rank with the chemicals that farmers apply to their crops and homeowners apply to their lawns, as well as the chemicals that are applied to parks, golf courses, and some  green spaces along the roadways.
As a result, our family has concluded that many of the  fish we catch in these reservoirs  are so tainted with these chemicals that they are unsuitable for us to eat.
After listening to a panel of limnologists and other experts, during in the evening of November 21 in Lawrence, Kansas, discuss the pollution problems that plague our reservoirs,  it was apparent that a solution to this problem looks to be unsolvable for years to to come.
