Zoom Bait Company Sprayed-Grass Finesse Worm

For years on end, Zoom Bait Company's 4 3/4-inch Finesse Worm has been a staple in untold numbers of tackle boxes.

Zoom recently introduced a new color for this classic worm, and it might catch the fancy of scores of finesse anglers and their quarries.

The color is called sprayed grass. It exhibits a two-tone, transparent, greenish hue and is adorned with purple and green flakes. Because of its transparent nature, it looks as if it would be primarily a clear-water finesse bait. But according to the folks at Zoom, it possesses a light-and-dark component, which makes it a multi-purpose color. Thus, it should work as well in dirty-water scenarios as it does around clear-water lairs.

The retail price for  a package of 20 retails ranges from $3.79 to $4.99.

(Zoom's Baby Brush Hog, which some Midwest finesse anglers wield in the spring,  is also available in the sprayed-grass  hue.)
