Pour over other ingredients evenly and toss together. Allow to sit at room temperature while preparing fish in your favorite fashion. Homemade Tartar Sauce 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. dill pickles, finely chopped 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped Mix the mayonnaise, pickles, and onion in a small bowl and set aside. Cilantro Salsa 1/4 tsp. sugar 2 tbsp. lime juice 1/3 c. cilantro, chopped 1/4 c. (2 oz.) canned green chilies, diced 1/8 tsp. chili oil In a small bowl, mix the sugar and lime juice until the sugar dissolves. Stir in the cilantro, chilies, and chili oil.
