Description and Application: The Berkley Flicker Shad has been a long-productive hardbait, and it’s well known among walleye and bass anglers, especially since it’s purely pro-designed. The new HD Tru Colors take realism to new heights meant to effectively fool large- and smallmouth bass and walleyes across the country. That’s why the patterns effectively mimic the forage base in just about any major fishery across the USA. They are believable for sure. There are eight new colors including HD Bluegill, HD Blacknose Dace, HD Emerald Shiner, HD Flathead Minnow, HD Smelt, HD Spottail Shiner, HD Threadfin Shad and HD Yellow Perch.

Staff Perspective: I’ve been skeptical of bait color in my past, but in certain fishing situations I’ve seen a high-definition color or bait pattern make a huge difference, especially when the water is clear and the fish depend on sight to feed. The fish believe in this level of detail, and I do too.
