In Scott County Minnesota the sheriffs department takes 50 kids out catfishing in a boat there the boat captains. I was with Tom he was such a nice guy and another guy that I became friends with. Tom said do you want to catch a lot of fish or just cat fish, we said a lot of fish so we used night crawlers. We went downstream. We stopped put out our lines and I caught a couple sheep heads. Then my pole was bending like crazy, so I picked it up started to reel in it was heavy. The reel was on the left side I usually reel in on the right side and I just put on sunscreen so it was slippery. I seen the fish it was huge Tom said don't get it under the boat he had net ready for it. I tried hard as I could not to get under the boat and I didn't . We got it into the boat and it was a 26 inch Catfish.
