Dakota Lithium 12V 18AH Battery
Description and Application: Built for performance in cold Dakota winters, the 12V, 18Ah lithium battery packs a big punch in a small package. Engineered in a 12Ah SLA case, but with 18Ah of power through the Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePo4) technology, this battery has three times the power, half the weight and last four times longer than a 12Ah sealed lead acid battery. Designed to work in rough weather conditions, event down to -20 degrees Fahrenheit. That’s reliability you can depend on. Plus, all Dakota Lithium batteries come with an 11-year warranty.
Staff Perspective: When it comes do dependability, I don’t want to be sold something that doesn’t live up to the hype. Dakota Lithium is legit and delivers on promises made. The 18Ah lithium battery provides a full day of power, and then some, for portable electronics like Humminbird’s Helix series for ice fishing or kayaking. You can throw away your old lead acid, or roboduck-decoy-style batteries, and switch to lithiums. I’ll be honest, you’ll pay for them, but in the long run you’ll actually save money on batteries by making the up-front investment.
Cost: $199
