Description and Application: The H2OX Premier Baitcaster features a lightweight yet durable composite frame, magnetic braking system to prevent backlashes, a lightweight aluminum spool and durable aluminum reel handle. It is the company’s best all-around value reel, which is ideal for both new and experienced anglers alike. Staff Perspective:A fine baitcasting reel that will stand up to the demands of serious bass anglers everywhere. The reel comes in a righthanded model and two gear ratios: 6.6:1 and 7.3:1 for various casting applications. The reel is of composite construction with all the required adjustments at your fingertips, including a powerful drag system. I like the feel and look of this reel, and especially the price. Since I’ve personally had the chance to use this reel, I can attest to its sturdy workmanship and I’m a fan of the muted gray color. This is a solid value for new and veteran anglers alike.
