Howell's boat giveaway to happen Saturday

The 13th annual giveaway of Major League Fishing angler Randy Howell's tournament boat to benefit charity will take place Saturday (Nov. 11).

The giveway benefits King's Home, an Alabama-based independent charity that houses over 150 children, teens, ladies and moms with children suffering from severe abuse, abandonment, neglect or homelessness. It's the organization's largest annual fund-raiser and has generated more than $2.7 million over the past dozen years.

This year's boat is a 2023 Triton 21-XRT Elite with a Mercury 250 Pro-XS 4-stroke V-8 engine.
It's equipped with three Lowrance HDS units, Lowrance Active Target-2, Lowrance Ghost trolling motor, Gatorguard keel shield, T-H Marine Atlas HD hydraulic jackplate, two 8-foot Power-Poles, Power-Pole Charge system, T-H Marine custom Bluewater LED lighting on boat and trailer, three Impulse lithium batteries, TH marine Hydrowave and accessories, stainless steel fenders and 17-inch General tires with custom wheel package. The retail value is over $105,000.

Tickets are tax deductible and cost $100 each. There are no limits on the number of ticket donations that can be made and the winner doesn't need to be present at the drawing.

The drawing will be live-streamed at 2 p.m. Central time on Saturday at Facebook.com/RandyHowellFishing.
