Iaconelli announces launch of new video series

Bassmaster Elite Series veteran Mike Iaconelli is diving deep into his 30-year career with a new video series, #Dirty30. This documentary-style series provides an unfiltered, behind-the-scenes look at the life and legacy of one of professional bass fishing’s most iconic figures. The series will follow Iaconelli throughout the 2025 Bassmaster Elite Series events, offering fans a raw, real experience of his journey.

In #Dirty30, viewers can expect an authentic portrayal of life on the road and on the water, capturing the highs, lows, and challenges that come with being a top-level angler. From the excitement of tournament action to the quiet moments of reflection, the series brings audiences closer to the reality of a life devoted to the sport. The dynamic mix of travel, candid moments, and the real-life struggles and sacrifices of competitive fishing gives fans an insider’s view of the dedication, grit, and passion that drives Iaconelli.

#Dirty30 will also take a deeper dive into Iaconelli’s journey and the evolution of the sport, shedding light on its growth over the past three decades, from his perspective. Featuring archival footage, interviews with industry leaders, and intimate conversations with Iaconelli himself, the series is a celebration of the angler’s legacy.

“I’ve had the privilege of being part of something truly special for the past 30 years. This series isn’t just about me – it’s about the sport and the people who make it what it is today,” says Iaconelli. “Through #Dirty30, I want to give fans a genuine, up-close look at the journey of a professional angler, the highs and the struggles, and everything in between. I’m excited to share these moments with all the passionate fans who’ve supported me over the years.”

Iaconelli’s influence stretches far beyond the tournament circuit. With a career filled with top accolades, including a Bassmaster Classic Championship, Angler of the Year (AOY) honors, and his recent induction into the Bass Fishing Hall of Fame, Iaconelli’s impact on the sport is undeniable. His dynamic personality has made him one of the most recognizable names in professional bass fishing, and his ability to connect with fans and teach both young and seasoned, has solidified his place as a true ambassador for the sport.

Off the water, Iaconelli continues to inspire through his non-profit organization, The Ike Foundation, which focuses on providing youth with access to the sport of fishing, fostering the next generation of anglers and leaders.

#Dirty30 is set to premiere April 1 on the Mike Iaconelli Fishing YouTube channel as part of the Going Ike series, offering a front-row seat to Iaconelli’s 2025 season and his remarkable career. Additional episodes will air shortly after each Elite Series tournament.
