Thomas Allen sits down with Barry Prall, owner/operator of Trails End Outfitters located on the shore of legendary Tobin Lake in central Saskatchewan. The In-Fisherman crew was visiting Tobin Lake on a content drive to capture images for upcoming In-Fisherman Ice Guide images, and for future digital content efforts, and it turned into an amazing wintertime adventure. In-Fisherman's Todd Ceisner and Thomas Allen's daughter Taylor were in attendance, but the main personalities on this episode include Barry and Eskimo prostaff member Anthony Kleinwacther. There are some exciting stories in this episode, including Barry reminiscing about some of his more interesting bush pilot adventures.

00:01:01.040 --> 00:01:27.000: And that's got a nice ring to it. We're at a very special place. And we've got new friends. We've got projects that we've kicked off and completed. And this is what we call a road trip edition of In-Fisherman Storyline, where we sit down at a destination while we're creating content, have a conversation that really we don't know where it's going to go. We're not sure how long it's going to last. But the whole thing here is to--we're on the shores of Tobin Lake in Saskatchewan.
00:01:27.000 --> 00:01:58.000: And off to my left, the man wearing the plaid hat, he's definitely got a nice goatee. I asked him to grise up a little bit and he did not. Anthony Klein walked her. Had him here. Did I-- I feel like I added the syllables incorrectly. Klein walked her. That's perfect. Klein watched her. I've been called way worse. It was spelled wrong on whatever we watched last night. Anthony's from Fargo. He's on the Eskimo Pro staff. Came up here to help us out with a content shoot. Proved to be invaluable. Don't want to go to your head.

00:01:58.000 --> 00:02:22.400: And we're at a very special place. We're here at Trails End Outfitters on Tobin Lake. And on the other side of me is Barry Prahl. And Barry did not want to do this. I'm going to put him on the spot. We're going to get some stories. But first of all, Barry, thanks for having us. And thanks for sitting down. Oh, it's my pleasure. I had a lot of fun this week. And if you do hear an elk bugle go off, his phone is an elk bugle. And it's the greatest thing ever. Anyway, we're glad you're here.
00:02:22.400 --> 00:02:50.200: We're going to talk a little bit about what we were doing. But we had an amazing day. And we came to shoot photos. We came to maybe get some video. We came to create some content. We spent a lot of time-- if you spend any time on infisherman.com or flipping through the pages of In-Fisherman magazine, you'll know that there is a sizable amount of Saskatchewan content. And we've worked closely with our good friend Darrell at Tourism Saskatchewan. And he made this trip possible. Big shout out to Darrell.
00:02:50.200 --> 00:03:28.720: And we knew we were coming to something that was potentially going to be epic. And I think that we've probably crossed that line. We had a couple days. Did we-- today is the warmest. And I believe you said you saw 14? Yeah. So it did warm up a little bit. Yeah, the wind was cool today. But yeah, it was warm. Warmest day. It's coming out of the south. So it's going to warm up. I think it's going to be in the 30s this weekend. Yeah. So when you're in central Saskatchewan in February, you can just expect it to be terrible cold. But I think we set a record--or this area, a record low of 44. Yeah, it was close to, yeah, 44 at night…
