As you can see, BassFan.com is now part of the In-Fisherman digital platform. It’s been a months-long project and there’s plenty of work still left to do, but most of the heavy lifting is done and we’re proud to introduce you to the new home of BassFan within the In-Fisherman universe.
Visitors to the original BassFan.com URL will be redirected to a new BassFan landing page on the In-Fisherman site, where the most recent news related to the professional bass fishing tournament scene has been published and will be published moving forward. For desktop and mobile users, content categories are accessible via a user-friendly horizontal menu bar while mobile users can utilize a dropdown menu to access their desired content.
The most popular features readers have come to rely on BassFan for – the World Rankings , Angler of the Year races, angler profiles and the weekly musings of Joe Balog – are now easily accessible on the new site. Please bear with us as additional archived content is added in the coming weeks and months. Don’t forget, BassFan.com launched in 2001 so there is more than two decades’ worth of articles and features in the database. Our goal is to preserve as much of that as possible.
While some may see this as the end of an era, this move allows us to better streamline content production and for BassFan articles to be supported by larger and more images as well as video content, where appropriate.
