Host: Thomas Allen

Thomas Allen was born in Wisconsin, grew up in Iowa and has lived all over the Midwest—even a short tour in the Deep South—to follow his dream of being a fulltime outdoor professional and communicator. Allen, his wife of 22 years and their two teenage children reside in Brainerd, MN, just up the road from In-Fisherman HQ. Family and fishing in North Central Minnesota is exactly where the Allen family belongs.

At his first outdoor gig, Allen was handed a terrestrial LIVE radio show to kick-off and produce during the drive home discussing all things Iowa outdoors. With zero experience doing anything radio, and tremendous coaching from a good friend and experienced producer, he stumbled his way through it and developed a passion for talk radio and podcasting. Now with nearly 20 years of experience running his mouth and featuring a face made for radio, you can enjoy a long-format podcast based on sharing highly entertaining stories that would otherwise be overlooked.

Our mission at In-Fisherman Storyline is to dig deep into fishing passion, build an understanding as to why it drives us day in and day out, and tell the unique stories that every one of us can relate to. The reason we fish, or hunt, is to share the experience with someone, and that's at the core of the stories we tell here.
