My buddy’s and I went up for the weekend, thinking we were going to fish walleyes part of the time to get a nice meal and pike the other half. After hearing the walleye fishing wasn’t so hot, we said forget it and lets just fish pike. We drove up to a spot we had been to in the past and started to set up. after setting the fish tip up after a minute it went off we walked up to it n nothing was on it. we reset it and started walking back it went off right away we walked back n it ran and dropped it again. we reset it again this time it ran and I hit it right away. The battle was on it took 3 really good runs and finally my friend could see its head at the bottom of the hole and bomb he pulled the fish up and grab the fish out of the hole. we took a couple pictures with her and let her go.
