St. Croix Victory Baitcasting Rods
Description and Application: St. Croix’s all-new made-in-the-USA Victory rods were designed to deliver bass anglers more options, and ultimately more victories on the water. The family of rods feature multiple technique-specific actions, lengths and powers that yield lightweight performance with extreme sensitivity, durability and balance. The all-new SCIII+ material make these rods a pleasure to fish with, Fuji guides, IPC, ART, FRS technology—all backed by a solid 15-year warranty. And at a price anybody can get behind. There are five baitcasting models and three spinning rods in the Victory family.
Staff Perspective: I’m down with paying for quality, and my experience with St. Croix has been nothing but awesome over the years. But I also love that they stand behind their products with the kind of warranty that gives me confidence in an investment like that. But with the Victory line, you don’t have to spend a pile of money. I’ve used a couple Victory rods so far, and I will be adding more to my arsenal. They’re as advertised.
Cost: $180-$200
