Aprils of the Past

Recently, some members of the Finesse News Network have been wondering if there have been any noticeable and noteworthy changes in the fishing that we write about in our monthly guides to Midwest finesse fishing.

We began publishing this Midwest Finesse column for In-Fisherman's web site in 2011, and we began compiling the monthly guide in March of 2012.

One of these anglers thought we should compile a history of each month. But in our minds not enough time has gone by to write a significant history. So, instead of writing a history, we thought it would be best to assemble a short bibliography (with Internet links) of our monthly guides to Midwest finesse fishing. This will allow anglers to quickly access each of the monthly guides since 2012. This will allow each angler to read and assess the similarities and changes that have transpired.

We will start this endeavor with the month of April, and from now on, we will do one at the beginning of each month.
