While in Verona WI about an 5 minute drive, theres the Firemans Park Beach. While I was fishing from 5 till around 8 I caught my big bass while standing on just a diving board.. I was getting ready to pack up untill i felt this tug. As I started reeling in I reallly couldent beleive my eyes because I have never seen anyone catch a bass that big at the beach. When people saw my catch they were amazed and ever since iv been seein people tryin to catch! and all I used was a 7 hook and a plastic jig! I was pretty happy when I caught that bass!
