Staff Perspective: This unit will cook you out of a fish house or a shooting house, I can assure you of that—unless it’s super cold. There are plenty of opportunities to use a heater like this outside of hunting and fishing applications, including the deck cooking/grilling area on a cool spring evening, or even when drying out wet fishing gear in the garage after a day battling the elements. Bottom line is this thing works wonders and will keep you comfortable when the conditions are not ideal. This is a well thought out heater that addresses often overlooked issues in portable heat.
