P2000i Polaris Power Portable Inverter Generator
Description and Application: Portable power is both a convenience and a necessity when dealing with Mother Nature, plus there are countless hunting and fishing applications. Polaris, long known for their dominance in power sports, now offer a line of clean power output generators. The P2000i is the entry-level generator in the series kicking out a max AC output of 2000 watts, with a recoil starter, four AC receptacles, two USB ports and one DC receptacle to power multiple devices at once. It’s super quiet, producing a noise level of 66 dBA at full load and only 62 dBA at 25% load. It runs on one gallon of gas, which will power the generator for 3 1/2 hours at 100% load and 7 1/2 hours on 25% load. Plus, it only weighs 53 pounds making it super easy to move around.
To keep it even more convenient, the generator comes standard with a built-in cord-management system that keeps cords out of the way when not in use and handy when you need them. There is also a Parallel Function that let’s the user combine two inverter generators at once for extended power. The illuminated control panel and digital display features maintenance levels at a glance and it’s easy to see and read.
Staff Perspective: They thought of everything with these generators. Not only are they easy to move, set up and run, they are easy to maintain. If you’d like to see for yourself the step-by-step recommended maintenance applications, Polaris has a YouTube Channel set up for easy viewing and education on keeping your generator operating at full speed without concern. Whether you need power at deer camp or on the ice to keep your houses powered—or even tailgating at a Friday night or Saturday football game Polaris has you covered in more ways than one.—TA
