Me and my Son were bottom fishing with a worm for fresh water DRUM and panfish when we hooked into this LUNKER... Im not 100 percent sure of the length or girth but I do no it MAXED out my 35 pound scale with ease..We ended up release-ing the CARP after a couple of picture,s..The extra large CARP swam away with power..We later found out that we had probably SHATTERED the old Canadian recordof 39 pound,s..What a great experience with my son...
