The reels feature a durable 1-piece aluminum frame, hinged sideplate to allow for convenient access, lightweight aluminum spool and a carbon fiber drag system for increased strength when battling big fish. The reel also comes standard with an exterior controlled centrifugal braking system to prevent backlashes from occurring. The reels come in both 6.6:1 and 8.1:1 gear ratio and in righthanded models.
