Lure / Bait used: Lure | Black and Silver Mepps Musky Marabou

Caught this beautiful 50.5" from what we term a "garage" in the Tug Channel on Lake of the Woods, July 2011. Fish was sitting in a small reed bed which contained lilly pads. Bullrushes and rocks were also in the same location. Fish literally exploded out of the reeds and totally inhaled the bait up to the leader. She was hooked well but never in the critical areas of her throat or gills. Fish was released in good shape.
